The property purchased by the Buddhists is a valuable asset leading to the revitalization of Lake Anne. It also appears that the asset will meet the needs of the group. These needs can be met in many different ways. A development program process is recommended. This will include an organization of the needs of the Reston Community. A program development proposal will be prepared for consideration. |
